The cooking is all traditional,
All the food is prepared
with traditional recipes and is all home made. There
are two dining rooms, able to seat from 20 to 100 people.
On one side of the courtyard, the old
stables have been transformed into a restaurant where
the traditional windows have been preserved, along with
the lime-washed walls. This room offers friendly surroundings
for an intimate meal or for larger groups.
On the other side, an old-fashioned
barn with striking woodwork and stone walls can host
banquets or large gatherings.
The menu offers generous and tasty regional dishes which
have given the restaurant a considerable reputaion in
the area. Only local suppliers are used, in particular
those who use sustainable and organic methods of farming.
